Job Description:
As a volunteer, you play a key role in creating a welcoming and well-organized experience during QFFU 2025. From working at screenings to helping behind the scenes, you’re part of what makes the festival possible.
Your responsibilities may include:
- Welcoming and guiding guests at festival locations
- Assisting with ticketing, merchandise, or crowd flow
- Helping with set-up and breakdown of events
- Supporting the team with practical on-site tasks
Qualifications:
- You enjoy working with people and have a hands-on attitude
- You support the mission and values of QFFU
- You’re available for a minimum of 4 shifts during the festival (29 August – 5 September)
- Each shift lasts approximately 3–4 hours
- You’re available between 12:00 and 23:00 (exact times vary per shift)
- You are available for the mandatory info meeting on 20 August (evening)
- You are reliable, enthusiastic, and a team player
