General information
I saw you have low income tickets. Who is eligible for that?
This year, we’re offering a limited number of discounted tickets for those who might not otherwise be able to attend the festival. These low-income tickets are available to anyone who considers themselves economically disadvantaged, no proof of income or student ID required.
We kindly ask that you only choose this option if you truly need it, so we can make the festival accessible to as many people as possible.
Are the screenings in Dutch?
If it’s a Dutch film, then yes! Otherwise, films are shown in their original language with English subtitles. If the film is in English, subtitles may not be provided. For details on a specific film, please check its program page.
Can a Cineville pass be used for the film screenings?
Yes! If you have a Cineville card, you can reserve a spot for our screenings held in cinemas like Slachtstraat or Louis Hartlooper Complex.
How can I submit my film to QFFU?
If you want to submit your film to QFFU, you can contact the programming team at program@qffu.nl.
If you are an aspiring filmmaker specifically looking to submit a 10 minute short film through QFFU, you may be interested in our annual 10 Minute Challenge initiative. Unfortunately, the submission deadline for 2025’s 10 Minute Challenge has already passed, but check back in for updates about next year’s initiative!
Is it still possible to get involved as a QFFU volunteer?
Yes! If you would like to get involved, you can check our vacancy page, which we regularly update with open calls for volunteers.
